Glad I bought it in 2024 pretty awesome investment!!!
Now I got this way before the price went up. Overall, I give it a 5 star due to its being pretty awesome. But I will say this I wish bigger heating panels where provided also replacement ones just in case, wish that you were able to control the foot and main heating areas better and easier, the actual material of the whole sauna wish was thicker to include the zippers. Not sure if the red light is truly “Red Light Therapy”. Yea I know it sounds like complaints but overall the thing does get really hot fast and during. Easy to set up, definitely able to relax, easy to move around, cleaning is easy, design well as mentioned above if they were to upgrade and invest in better thicker material yea I’d buy another one oh and bigger for two people and more room yea I’d buy it again. Listen not to everyone can buy a $1K+ sauna. If you’re tight on space and money I’d recommend you to buy this one. Now if they could provide a cold plunge that doesn’t cost an arm and leg and your first child. That would be awesome.

Good product and service
PERFORMANCE -I have had this for almost a year, and I use it regularly, integrating thermal therapy into my routine for physical and emotional well-being. It works great and gives me the big sweats I’m looking for. It’s a treat to have in my home for a minimal cost. Note that ambient temperature does impact performance. It has no problem reaching high temperature in a standard living space, however it can struggle if you set it up in a garage or other colder location. I have found that draping a quilted furniture blanket or two over the top and sides helps mitigate this and allows it to preheat to over 130 degrees- which is plenty high for infrared heat. I always avoid covering the wiring/ fuse box on the back though, as it seems best to allow that to access the ambient air to cool. SERVICE- Alas, my unit did have an issue. It quit working unexpectedly after it was on for an extended period. I reached out to the company, and they worked with me to evaluate the problem. They determined that the electrical components needed to be replaced, and they sent me everything I needed to make the repair. Within a couple of weeks I was back in business- the business of enjoying long sweats. SIDE NOTE- if you’re used to traditional Scandinavian style saunas, with hot rocks and occasional eucalyptus/water steam, do what I did and get yourself a small humidifier/ diffuser and set it up inside. You can run the power in with the rest of the wiring bundle in the back of the tent. Adding the aromatherapy element has made this thing even better.

Experience with SereneLife Sauna
Due to recent developments, I have rewritten this review completely to describe the problems that I have experienced with the unit, the eventual support the manufacturer provided and to reflect a higher start rating. I have had the unit now for almost two months and my wife has done 22-30minute saunas in it so that is the extent of our experience with it. The unit heats up well, and unoccupied, it will reach 140-degrees as the specifications state. As soon as a person goes into it, the temperature drops substantially due to the body being a heat load, but in 30-minutes it recovers and gets the temperature back up to 130-degrees. If a person stayed in it long enough, I am confident the unit would climb back to 140-degrees but the person would be baked. So, the unit is heating up well. The unit is reasonably built for a portable unit, so no complain there. One problem that I have discovered is the handheld control unit that displays the internal temperature does not provide an accurate reading. It is off by approximately 15-degrees when the unit is fully heated up and less at lower settings. A work-around for this deficiency is to recognize the temperature display is only a relative indicator of the actual temperature, and to use a good thermometer to check the actual temperature. More on my efforts to get this problem resolved below. A second problem that I discovered has to do with the timer function. I set in a time for the unit to run, and the unit does not enact that setting and instead continues to use the previous setting. A work-around is to set the desired time, wait a moment, turn the unit off and then back on. The new time will then be enacted. An easy work around, and if described in the manual, it would be just fine but no mention of this quirk in the manual. In an effort to resolve these two problems, I contacted the manufacturer but response was so slow so I turned to Amazon for a replacement. Amazon sent me a replacement unit, and rather than disassemble my unit and assemble the replacement unit, I decided it would be simpler to swap out the controller, temperature sensor and handheld device. This is what I did and found the exact same problems existed afterwards. It seems these two quirky problems are just part of the characteristic of the unit. It is not a fault in the unit at all -- just the way it works. If the manufacturer described the unit’s operation better in the manual, most users could adapt to them. Unfortunately, the installation sheet is really lacking. One has to have some intuition to put it together. Many steps omitted and I got it put together through much deduction. The manufacturer did finally come on board and asked what could be done to satisfy me. My first choice was to get these two quirky problems resolved. The second choice was a momentary compensation for having a unit which I believe is not working correctly. The manufacture chose option two which we agreed on, and I am most satisfied with the arrangement. I have a unit that works reasonably well, albeit requires the use of work-arounds, but for a reasonable price too. My recommendation to anyone considering purchasing a SereneLife sauna is to understand the quirks the unit has before buying one. Personally, I think it is good value for the price and the quirks with the work-arounds are not that much of an annoyance.

I bought this sauna about 5 months ago and am using it on daily basis to help me with leg pain and arthritis-like symptoms. It works fantastic at giving me relief without the use of painkillers or opioids. Not only do I feel much better after using this sauna, no more pain for a couple hours, I also sweat so much I feel like I went to the beach, without leaving the comfort of my house. lol By the amount of sweating it causes me, I'm convinced it must have great results for my circulation and many health benefits overall. I use the sauna at 140F for "more results" but even at 110F or 120F, it feels so relaxing, I love it! The sauna is very well made, was not complicated to assembly and I can only thank SereneLife for this incredible machine and recommend this wonderful product. I had a little issue at some point with the power box, it can happen with any product, no big deal but I wrote to SereneLife and they offered me pristine service and support. They replied quickly and sent me a new tent with electric box free of charge so all was fixed so fast and I greatly appreciate how SereneLife made me feel like I was a valued customer. I cannot recommend this sauna enough, I hope to use it for as long as I can but will certainly buy one of SereneLife products again in the future and I give it 5 stars! Thank you SereneLife!! :)

Me encanta.

I’ve been using my sauna for 6 months now. I’m 6’4 and 180lbs but can get in quite easily although I cannot stand up fully once inside. The chair it comes with is pretty much useless for me as it’s so small. I bought a small bamboo bench with a cushion that works perfectly. The sauna was easy to assemble, about 10 minutes, and is very easy to manoeuvre once built as it’s so light. We use it 3-4 times per week and love it. It heats up fairly quickly, about 10 minutes to 120, but then slows down once somebody enters. My wife usually goes in first for 20 minutes then I go in for the remainder of the hour the timer runs for. The sauna is in our basement next to the furnace and stands on a foam mat on the concrete floor. I’ve never been able to get it above 133 deg and that was only once. It usually fluctuated between 129 and 131 whist I’m inside . Perhaps it’s because my body absorbs a lot of the heat. I was disappointed at first but after 30-40 minutes at 125-132 I’m sweating like a pig on a spit and love it. I finish off with a warm shower gradually reducing the water temp to as cold as I can stand it and always feel rejuvenated afterwards I’d recommend this product if you’re interested in the health benefits of a sauna and are limited for space and/or don’t want to spend a lot of money on a fixed unit.
