Soft

Soft and stretchy...I washed it in hot water and put it in the dryer for 90 min and it was still soft..I wouldn't recommend it for leggings as the color...light pink...is too light and it's see thru...a darker color would work as this cloth has more weight than really thin jersey...I am making an undershirt to wear under a pink shirt that is somewhat see through...leggings or slightly looser pants can technically be made if a knee length shirt is worn over it...the material it seems will hold up....
