Bright and Cool Upgrade
These LED bulbs are a perfect upgrade from the troublesome halogens that came with my Christmas Village. They're a little pricey, but well worth it.

A Great Alternative to high Wattage bulb
Just like what another reviewer said, I also used these on a Christmas ornament. In my case, it was a fiber optic Old Man Winter. The original one came with a 20 Watt halogen bulb and those things never last long. Not only do they use unnecessary electricity, they get hot and can be a fire hazard in some cases. These LED bulbs are short enough to fit under the synchronous motor just like the original bulb and off course they are cool running.I don't think they should cost over $7 each. That seems too expensive, so I am looking for this to last many years and hopefully never needing to be replaced.
