Amazing watch
Okay so after wearing this thing for weeks I've noticed some pros and cons.Pros:If your as active as I am this thing doesn't stop moving what so ever it keeps on ticking away to the point where I've had to reset my timeThis thing does look amazing and is eye catching to those that look at everything you wearIt's super comfortable after you've broken in the band ( see cons)Cons:The leather band eventually will need replaced which I am cool with doing down the roadThe hands do glow in the dark but good luck reading the timeYou do need to rewind this thing from time to time ( ha clock pun) but for me it's not a big deal the only time I stop moving is when I sleep for over 8 hours or more on weekends. The band does need time to shape to the contour of your wrist which isn't a big deal honestlyOver all if your looking for a great watch that is durable and unique then you've found it!!!

Better then 5 star, Genuine 17 Jewel.
Better then 5 star, Genuine 17 Jewel. My camera has not worked for some time, so you only have my word, the watch you're getting seems to be a major upgrade. Customer pictures and ad pictures are different from the watch I purchased, but it basically looks like the same watch as advertised. But there are major differences. I paid $49.99, but equivalent to watches you might pay $400.00 plus dollars. My father was a watchmaker so he taught me a lot. Using a magnifying glass I counted 11 Ruby Jewels. This is all You Can visually Count on any high-end swiss made 17 Jewel watch, because some of the Ruby Jewels will be obscured by the bridges and other mechanical parts. So I count 11 Ruby Jewels, which means there has to be at least 17 Ruby Jewels in this watch, and that means very high-end.The workmanship is excellent, all parts and bridges and gold brass screws (not painted green ones) but and only The Real McCoy, all have a mirror polished surface. The Engraving is machine done, not hand done, but still excellent. The front crystal glass on the front has no numbers that might obscure the skeleton view. This is good, and most people nowhere 12:00 is. But what you do have is thin lines where numbers would be. These are incorporated into the glass, however the crystal glass appears to have a non-removable hardness coating applied to it, like the hardness coating that is applied to prescription eye wear glasses. So there is no question, this is permanent and non-removable.The back crystal glass has a similar hardness coating applied to the glass which is also non-removable, but in this case the hardness coating has a rubber feel, not smoother or slick like the front glass. Again non-removable, it's as though it would be something for protection that you could just peel off, but it's definitely part of the crystal glass for the back crystal. The coating applied to the back Crystal has the company name and symbol (Symbol Logo, FORSINING, and the number 203), this is where it gets a little funny, for 1, it is not sold under that name. And 2, because the company name symbol and number have no particular alignment to the watch, but they are in the center and do not interfere with the viewing. In both cases front and back the protective coatings are precisionly applied and edges machine polished, but you can still tell that there is a slight lip where the protective coating meets the glass. So I believe, that these non-removable protective Coatings applied to the glass front and back, are an afterthought, and leads me to believe that the movement is manufactured under another name, such as Switzerland, Germany or even China. The band looks like it has been improved as well, and it's very comfortable, solid and well built. Sizing for large small wrist. But this is a custom band (I believe it's a spin-off of the Apple electronic watch bands), so because of it's design it would be difficult and limited for you to find other bands. But this leather band is a good one. If you like leather.

Attracts lots of compliments
Got the watch in December 2019 to replace a similar see-through self winding Marc Anthony watch that was about 3x as expensive. I've been very impressed so far. The watch is very distinctive and gets a lot of compliments. Most people think I spent several hundred dollars on it at least. The time is very easy to set, which is important when you travel and jump time zones. The watch is self-winding based on the body's movements, though can be wound manually. If you don't wear it for a while, or tend to sit in front of a computer all day, the watch can stop / slow down, so always check that it has the correct time and set / wind it as needed.

Worth 40$ definitely
Edit: this watched stopped working quite soon after purchase. I don’t doubt some light servicing could fix it, but it’s not worth the time and it should have worked for at least 5 or more years before the balance wheel locked up. It works but the balance wheel is too stiff to work beyond a few pulses. I have serviced watches before but I spend the time on antiques instead of this.I would give this watch 4 stars if it was 100$, however it is only 40$, my girlfriend doesn’t think it looks cheap at all, it seems to have a sapphire crystal glass however I will test that at a pawn shop and update this review when I do so, I have done a knife test to scratch it and it doesn’t scratch with a 440 stainless steel which is surprising around this price point. I really don’t have much negative to say, it’s very warm in color and I will update this review over time as I have only owned this watch for 48 hours as of writing on 4/10/20—Updated 4/20/20—So I work in a hot environment as a metalworker sometimes banging hammers and bumping into stuff and I took this watch to work to see if it would survive and it has which I find really nice

A Wonderful Watch
This watch is beautiful, well made, and a must buy. You have to wind it up to ensure the time stays accurate. Once it’s winded up, the time stays correct. Has no battery and works as advertised. I’m a watch collector and have several expensive pieces. This watch doesn’t look like it’s 50 bucks and works great. I highly recommend this purchase.

Hands work opposite to how they are supposed to.
VERY nice watch EXCEPT, the one I received has a major issue; the longer minute hand instead only moves after each hour and the shorter hour hand moves every minute. I'm exchanging it by a return and hoping the replacement works because in all other respects this is a BEAUTIFL watch!
