Nature's Bounty B-12, 500mcg, is an excellent product
I am a 75yo male. B12 deficiency runs in my family, as we age, and a lab test during my wellness exam in 2015 came back deficient in B12. I started taking these then, 1 tab per day, and I have not recorded a deficiency since then (lab test every year for 10yrs), so I believe this is an exceptional product and recommend it based on my experience.
