Not a bad TV for the money. Sharp are also up there with the best.
Not a bad TV - I switched on and thought what a poor picture, then I remembered setting.I changed to "Dynamic" and the picture was twice as good.Sound is Five Star - Really is good with getting rid of unwanted bass which for us muffle .Apps galore - Prime, You Tube and Netflix and ITV HUB for Corry fans who want to catch up. Lots more apps and UK Play is very good.I hooked up Free Sat along with FreeView - That's why I needed Scart. One thing Composit/AV is hit and miss, you try and fail before the sound finds the video, in other words you try all the combinations.Early days yet but for a start not a bad TV and I have read apps are no good, well I have found apps this TVs strong point.I will update any change. getting there with tweeking the settings.

great value
I'll start with one small notice, if you use wired headphones with this tv just be aware of audio levels not being level if the adapter isn't in a specific way. It takes about ten seconds to figure out just how far in the adapter needs to be to get the audio levelled correctly.Other than this small inconvenience, I'm yet to have any issues with this TV.The audio can sound a bit tinny without external speakers but seeing as how the majority of people have a set of speakers (or can pick up a good set for fairly cheap) it doesn't lower my score. The fact this TV has a scart socket is major bonus as I can use old games consoles without the additional cost of adapters. All in all I would highly recommend this TV

connecting to sky
If you are trying to connect to sky you might have some problems because of the HGMI settings in the Sky Q settings. I only found this out after buying the tv and playing with the setting another tv. Finally hit joy in the audio setting second to last one i think Believe it was linked under HGMI settings on /off you need to turn this off and hey presto Sky tv appears.

Good TV for price , surprisingly good sound
We bought this tv as one for our bedroom as we often like to put YouTube on and watch things before bed . The tv is very basic but that's not a bad thing as it's easy to work with . The controller is lightweight and the tv isnt bad either . The stand was easy to attach . I am partially deaf in one ear and find that the sound spreads out nicely and I dont struggle to hear it unlike some things . It connects to the internet quickly and and is a good first smart tv or a basic one for a student etc

Not great
Not very impressed...Some streaming on YouTube it splits the screen in half showing right side on left and left side on rightAnd it once would not turn on for a whole day. I wouldn't buy a sharp tv again

Old school customer service
We had bought it as a gift. Unfortunately we didn’t realise until we turned it on that it had been damaged, probably in transit as we had no picture just sound and a spider like web (crack) over the screen. What was really impressive was the customer service.. sent an email stating what was wrong and they apologised for the inconvenience and immediately arranged for a pickup and sent out a new tv...Old school customer service really impressed. The Tv We bought as a gift, so to get it sorted as quick as they did was perfect.Nice quality tv with a good picture at a good price.

TV stopped working, only 5 months after it was received!!
I purchased this for my father who is isolating during lockdown, in the hopes it would help with boredom and loneliness. It worked fine for the first 5 months and then stopped working. When you switch it on there is just a blank screen, no access to channels.I contacted Amazon market place in February and they asked me to send pictures of the back and front of the screen. No follow up since thenTrying to get a replacement/refund has been impossible. The option to contact the seller is no longer available but today I spoke with someone in the states (using the call me option) who advised they only support with purchases made in the states and suggested I try contacting Walmart?? I am UK based.I ended up having to buy a new TV for my father.I am very disappointed with the lack of support.Tried to contact customer services but kept being redirected to a page to request support...Until I receive a refund or replacement (as the TV is still under warranty) I cannot recommend purchasing this TV. It has been a complete waste of more that £200 spent! Not to mention having to fork out for a new one. I now have in my possession a TV that is not fit for purpose. It burns me to see it in the corner everyday. Unfortunately, I am not made of money.I am happy to update this review if someone gets in touch to help resolve the issue. If not, I may even go so far as to stop using Amazon all together.I have never left a review like this before and I am sorry that I have had to do it so publicly, but I couldn’t get in touch any other way. Please can someone reach out to me. Please

Great value for money
Arrived three days before expected. I'm no good with tuning in tvs etc but my son-in-law came over and set it all up for me. Not too difficult, despite the fact that I wanted my YouView plugged into it for a short while so that I can watch the remaining recorded programmes before using the new television as it should be, a Smart TV.Very pleased so far. Great picture, and really good value for money. Would recommend/
