Mixmax Women Bohemian Flare Sleeve Lace Splice Loose Tunic Dress

I bought size XL based on size chart and recommendation on fit since it's from China. I am 5'5 and generally wear size 8-10 in dresses, size 10-12 in pants/jeans. I could have bought a size L and achieved the look I was going for.I looked at complaints of dress being too short from other reviewers. The issue could be size. The dress fits/looks on me more like it looks/fits on the model in photo ... very loose fitting everywhere. The neckline is loose and could easily slip off my shoulder. The XL is not at all fitted around my bust, which is 34C, and I see other reviewers who are about my size and ordered size M, the dress is much more fitted on bust line and shorter. That is not the fit or look that I wanted.This dress does NOT look expensive but definitely cute and very comfortable for it's super low price point. I needed for a special luncheon where dress code was bohemian/neutral colors and this definitely fits the bill.I have yet to wash it and have no idea how it will hold up but again, happy to have for this one-time event and then if I never wear again, not too worried.

I ordered the XL size in the purple color. The quality of the dress and fabric was great and I loved the lace trim. However, it was far too big on me and just not flattering for my figure. I am 5'4" and the dress came 4 inches below my knee-definitely long enough to wear as a true dress, but longer than I expected it to be. I usually wear a size 14 in dresses so I thought I needed the XL size, but I could have ordered a Large size in this dress based on how the XL fit me as way too big.The lines created by the hem of each "tier" of the dress made me look extremely wide, so I decided to just return the dress instead of size down. It is a great quality dress and true to color from the picture. It also looked very cute on other customers in their review pictures but just wasn't for me.

I really like the way the dress looks but I am surprised no one said anything about the dress being too short. I usually wear a medium in dresses (I am 5'5, 126 lbs) but ordered a small (as other reviewers said to size down) and the blue (or khaki, if that's what you ordered) part of the dress cuts off right under my buttocks area, and then you have about a good four inches of lace. But the lace is the obviously see through. I'll have to wear leggings under it because one wrong move and everyone would see what no one wants to see. Other than that, the dress is "bigger" like other reviewers say, but boho dresses typically are loose and flowy like that, so I expected that. Hope this helps.

I am so bummed out about this dress☹️ I was so excited for it to get here! I’m about 130-135lbs and I got the small. I saw that it ran big but I also saw girls about my size in the dress in reviews and they looked great! But it is absolutely huge on me. It hangs and is way too long than I’d prefer. I am about 5’2-5’3 and saw a picture of a girl on here the same height yet my dress seems so much longer..It’s still a beautiful dress and very well made, it’d be perfect for any summer event!(: it pains me to be returning it, and if there was an extra small i would definitely get it. I’ve given only 3 starts because I counted 1 Star out due to the huge sizing for a small, and docked another star for not having an extra small option.

I have mixed emotions regarding this dress...I do like the cut and I the fit...it fits true to size. I normally wear a small to medium and I ordered the medium. I could have gone to a small and still been okay, but the medium does fit. What I don't like is that the dress is SHORT. I am 5'6 and could never pass this off as a dress, and even if I could, the lace is pretty thin and see through so it wouldn't really work as a dress alone. Looks cute over leggings. It got a lot of compliments so I think you'll like it. Just don't expect a dress...expect a top.

For reference: I am 5'3", 38D, US size 14/Large.After reading the reviews I decided to size up on this dress and get the XL. A Large would have fit so much better; this is very true to size.The fabric is soft and flowy and the dress is really cute. I did wear it with leggings because of cooler weather but because of my height, I could have also worn it without because the lace starts low enough for the dress to cover my butt. I don't know if this would be the same if I had ordered the correct size or not. The thing that I loved the most was that the sleeves were wide enough to not cut off the circulation in my arms! This is always an issue with clothing.Since I did wear it but felt that it was a bit too baggy on my frame, I decided to give it to a friend of mine who would fill it out better.

OK I do love this, fits well, but before you order take into account your weight, height, and chest size otherwise you will look like a hot mess. You must be a thin and taller girl to pull this off. I am 5'7", 123, and a 34 large C, and my chest can make me look a little bit larger than I am in this. But I do have some mild issues with working about looking frumpy in the boho look, even though I totally love it. The material is very thin. I suggest that you hand was or wash with intimate's on vey low cycle d/t lace. But all that said I do like the top...hope this was useful

I'm 5'3, wear a size 10 in jeans and am a 36DDD. I bought a medium and hoped it would fit over my bust by stretching. However, the material is not stretchy. So, I bought the best size for me, but this type of dress is not going to be fitting to your body past the bust if that's what you're looking for. That being said, it is still a very cute dress. I love the southern look it gives with some boots. As far as quality goes, I have a feeling it will need to be re-sewn at the seams at some point. For the price, I am definitely not complaining.
