Q: Does it have a sweet taste? Trying to find a cma formula more sweet than what we are using.

No, its quite bitter i think and thin but my baby liked it better than nuts. You can get this on prescription in the uk free for baby. I baught due to running out before prescription was ready. Hope this helps .
