WWII Fighters - PC

This game was made so well, it has to have been made by people going back in time for some reason just designing a game for fun as it is even advanced for the world of NextGen systems such as the PlayStation 3 or X-Box 360. It has realistic combat, no lag, historical accuracy, and the widest variety of pre-made and creatable scenarios! If you don't want this game, then you must be the kind to stick with a boring, old, bulky pac-man machine, which is OK, by the way, you will just want to watch.

Love this game. I’ve wanted it since I was 11 (but didn’t have the money) so here I am at 18 years old, finally with the money to spend, so I decided to get it, and I don’t regret it! Great game

Exactly what I got

Had trouble loading it into computer. Had to defragment my hard-drive first. Then loaded ok. Still learning how to use game...Instructions are very good.

Haven't played this copy yet but when it a river it was in excellent condition. The disks appear to have never been scratched or damaged in any way. Original packaging was in almost mint condition. I can't wait to play it. Brings back some memories from when I was a kid.

BEWARE!I LOVE this game, and was very disappointed when both my wonderful Jane's Fighters of the Navy 97 and WWII Fighters for Windows 95/98 would not work correctly on my newer computers, with Windows Vista.Sellers list this as suitable for Windows Vista and 7 here.As I have long wished to replace my Windows 95/98 version (that does not work correctly on newer operating systems, I ordered it, only to discover to my dismay upon opening it that it is exactly the same thing I already own: the Windows 95/98 version. :(

So far this seems to be a good program. Im still learning it and my experiance of it impresses me.

I like something in particular about each of the best flight sims, CFS, CFS Pacific, Warbirds, and Air Warrior, but Jane's WWII fighters is AWESOME. A new PC upgrade recently got me back in the cockpit in VERY REAL combat and flight simulation, thanks to Electronic Arts. I like the night missions. Turn the lights off... just the red glow in the cockpit to navigate by... the graphics, scenery, and effects are spectacular. It is easy to forget to watch your six! For the PRICE, there is no better combat flight sim. In fact, some pricey sims aren't this good!
