I like the information that I can get from this tracker. The steps taken per day is quite accurate but the watch can be misconstrued sometimes when I'm riding on a tractor or on my horse because those are odd movements. This is a good reminder that I need to take more steps or a gentle pat on the back if I've conquered my step goal before the end of the day. I appreciate the sleep tracking and that motivates me to get better sleep.

On my second watch and the same issue as the other one, the screen is black and will not display anything! That’s with even doing a master reset!

Order was for same model I had. That had stopped working correctly. was uncertain at first whether I received charge 3 or 4. Had charge 5 before upon loading said received charge 4, box had charge 3. Over a month ago. I'm very satisfied with my order.

I had one of these & it wore out after using for approximately 810years so ordered another. They are amazing for the price

I has a charge 3 for about 4 years ..It finally stopped working.This is my replacement.And it's great ! 👍

This is my second Fitbit Charge 3. After ~ 6 months, both had the same issue, failure to sync. Without the sync, the watch displays inaccurate time, dropping a minute of time or so every hour. There's no stats transmitted to the app. Yes, I tried every trick in the books to remedy the issue. I called customer service, they had me try everything I had already tried and sent me a case number. Even though this phone is under warranty, they're not honoring to replace the watch.
