Ti Cbr Motion Detect

This item was a good addition to my mathematics classroom. If you plan to use it in labs with your students, I recommend using it in a simple lab early in the year so the students can learn how it works prior to doing more complicated labs.It works with both the TI-84 and Nspire. The 84 has built-in labs, but the Nspire gives you better graphics. I am waiting for a way to use this device with the Nspire App for iPad. With the correct cable, it also works with the Nspire computer software. The new TI-84_CE is supposed to work with these in the future. If you have a CE wait until TI has created the required software patch.

Ordered ten of these and all were perfect. Used in Algebra 2, H precalculus and AP Calculus and made a world of a difference with the students in terms of understanding the concept and applying it. Highly recommend, but, will need a TI-84 graphing calculator to connect to. Instructions and activities included in the box were very easy to follow (suggest you practice them a couple of days in advance).
