Bikram Balance Fruit and Vegetable Drink Powder-Original 9.95 Ounces

I teach Bikram and, of course, practice as well. So I'm in the hot torture chamber a goodly 20+ hours a week. I've tried many, many electrolyte products and even have a spreadsheet to sort out which products offer which ingredients. Bikram Balance is head and shoulders above the crowd. It rights the boat after a tough class. It also really heals the gut too. The first time I sampled Bikram Balance, I was a week into a b-a-d flu bug and was pretty green around the gills. Bikram Balance fixed everything, I did a 180 after drinking it. I'm currently working on a food detox and BB to the rescue! It's like a BB cream for the insides. I'm a fan of the blue original flavor. The "berry" flavor just, nope, no berry taste to me at all.

I use the Original and am an avid bikram yogi. Before Bikram Balance, I was getting sick a lot after hot yoga. Finally I decided that I was releasing not only all my toxins, but my nutrients and vitamins and electrolytes. I found Bikram Balance and have not done without it since. I prefer the Original flavor due to the extra ingredients it has that the Berry does not have. The flavor is pleasant. I drink this every morning as soon as I get out of bed. This is not only wonderful for extreme exercise, but for hangovers, illness, people who have to take diuretics, or anything that causes dehydration etc. I would recommend this product to anyone!

I am yet to try this after a hot yoga session but have been using in as a filler for my 3 pm snack craving and this works perfectly. Not only it helps my food craving for the next 4 to 5 hours but being so delicious and healthy seems to get the job well done. I wonder if i mix with my protein shake how would it work. Will try soon and let you know. Right now its this with a banana and that's one healthy snack.

I really like this product. I have used a lot of other similar products over many years, some good, some not so good.This one is one of the greats. It has a lot of the right stuff in it with processing care not to damage the nutritional essence. It is convenient, mixes well, has good value and good taste too.Sid -->out

Bikram Balance is a great way to get all of your vitamins in one delicious shake. Great for all athletes, but super great to restore a body's electrolytes after being in the hot room!

I was concerned when I saaw the green color but have no words to say how delicious it is.definitely recommended.gives full of energy.

Good things...take it 45 mins before the class and you can get through happily :)
