The Forte's quarter-turn, washerless ceramic disc valves exceed industry longevity standards two times for a lifetime of durable performance. Its finish resists corrosion and tarnishing, and this version comes in vibrant brushed nickel (with vibrant brushed nickel and polished chrome finishes also available). It's designed for 8-inch or 16-inch centers, has a stationary spout with a 5-1/8-inch reach, and provides flexible connections. This faucet meets WaterSense criteria to conserve water without sacrificing performance, and it is also ADA compliant.

WaterSense Labeled Faucet

WaterSense is a program sponsored by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to promote water efficiency (it is similar in nature to the EPA's Energy Star program). Plumbing fixtures and faucets that qualify for the WaterSense label assure you of actual water savings and strict performance standards.

The Forte offers a flow rate of 1.5 gallons-per-minute (GPM, which is 30 percent less than the federal mandate of 2.2 GPM--making it eligible for the WaterSense label.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Backed by a limited lifetime warranty, this Kohler faucet is to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her home. If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will mail to the purchaser, free of charge, the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
