Quickly absorbed and works wonders
I have been using Ashwaganda for quite awhile, but this is the first time using it in liquid form. I was a little hesitant because of the black pepper as I seem to not tolerate pepper well. I have used for a full 2 weeks now and am very pleased. Ashwaganda definitely helps me with stress. In liquid form it seems to work much faster. I feel the calming sensation just minutes after taking and I haven't found any problem with the pepper. The taste and smell, well that is subjective I guess. I find it to be somewhat strong and a little unpleasant. That being said, it is still something I intend to continue using.

Potent taste but good results
This stuff is quite potent, I prefer to mix mine with a little water to help with the aftertaste. They did mix in a little Stevia to help with that, which I appreciate. I added a few photos for size comparison, I think everyone knows how big a standard gallon is so hopefully that helps. I think most people are taking this for the stress relief, which it definitely helps with by managing cortisol (stress hormone), but there are plenty of other benefits to be had from taking this as well. I would suggest doing some research if you’re interested, there’s many benefits of this aside from anxiety and stress relief.

I’ve been really stressed lately, thought I’d give this a try. I was skeptical, but it really helped out. It felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders.

Good brand!
Very good brand of Ashwagandha. With the added Black Pepper Extract for better absorption I get that boost of energy and also I’m less stressed throughout the day. A must buy again.

Helps with stress
Awesome product!!! It does help with stress and anxiety- and who doesn’t need that? That in turn helps with sleeping better and have more energy to do other things. It does take a few days to feel the effects which makes perfect sense.

Really good
I have used it as described for energy booster in my morning protein shakes. It definitely works as an additional boost of energy without changing the taste too much. Highly recommended. Will buy again. Footnote: only need two drops per drink so it is great value too. :)
