Best by far.
I started out using regular ice cube trays because why spend so much money on these designer baby trays when u can just use I've cube trays?! Well, lessonLearned. The Ice cube trays just ended up snapping and breaking and it was so difficult to get some foods out of the trays. I received one of these beaba trays as a gift and they are perfect. The silicon allows for such easy removal and when I went to inquire to buy more I thought the price was a little high... But let me tell you, it's worth every penny. These are the BEST trays for freezing homemade baby food. I personally only fill mine half way because I like to give my little one smaller portions and more variety each meal BUT freezing the entire two ounces works too... And if I fill the entire portion I just defrost a whole cube and use for two feedings that day. By far best trays, I highly recommend.

It seems like a neat idea, but I prefer using individual storage containers.
Product quality is great but we really didn't end up using this as much as I thought we would. The portion cups are kind of small, so I was worried it wouldn't hold enough to be convenient. On the flip side, if you make a big batch of food to freeze you then have to de-thaw the entire container at once - and then make sure you use it all up right away (since fresh food should only be in the fridge for 2-3 days tops). So whatever you decide to freeze in here, make sure your baby will want to eat all of it up within a couple of days after it's thawed. Not ideal if your baby's tastes suddenly change (which ours did). It seems like a neat idea, but I personally prefer using individual storage containers and reusable pouches. They just work better for our needs.

Not what I expected
Really disappointed that is it not air tight...for all that money why wouldn't you just make it air tight?

I don't like to cook so much and froze. So this is a little bit bigger for me.

Easy, appealing, and functional
Easy to use, easy to clean, super cute, and works in the oven too for baked treats. So very functional much past my baby food making days. Frozen or hot, food pops out in a breeze.

so easy, I bought 2!
This is a great freezer tray. The reason why I didn't want to use an ice cube tray is because they easily break when i take out ice, so why would i waste my time with my baby's food? It's made out of silicone, so the food easily pops out-which is the whole point! I don't have to run it under hot water or anything. It's so plain & simple! It makes making my own baby food + storage a breeze.

Easy to use
I make and freeze all of my daughter's food and I have two of these. I use them all the time. The food is easy to pop out. Carrots stain though, so be prepared for that.
