Transformers Toys Studio Series 51 Deluxe Class Dark of The Moon Movie Soundwave Action Figure - Kids Ages 8 & Up, 4.5"

I have been trying to collect as many Decepticons for my Studio Series collection, and I knew I needed Megatron's left hand man, Soundwave. I wanted to get the Dark of the Moon one, because I would like a Mercedes figure as well (which is what this figure turns into), it was Amazon's choice for transformers studio series, and it would ship the following day. And I was pleased with my Soundwave when it came the following day. ======================================================================================== He is a Studio Series Deluxe Class figure, so he stands at about 4.5 inches. it is a little small, but it is movie accurate. He turns into a Mercedes, and comes with Lazerbeak, his terrifying pet robo-vulture assasin. CONS His articulation is a bit limited, and he comes with only Lazerbeak, despite using a pistol in the movie. Also, Lazerbeak' s only articulation is his feet, which is fine. But I would expect a BIRD figure to have articulation in it's WINGS. It's paint aps are a bit flawed as well. Lazerbeak' s completely light grey, with red eyes. I wish he had some shades of dark gray or dark silver in his body parts to make it more interesting, but no. But, all these are only minor issues. PROS This figure has incredible detailing in the sculpt, and I like his sinister smile molded into his robotic face. Lazerbeak has good sculpting despite being about 1 inch tall, with a 2 inch wingspan. Soundwave has good, sturdy feet, and well-made limbs. I am very fond of his Mercedes mode, it looks very fancy, and if you would just like a nice car model, you can still get this! And, most Studio Series are difficult to transform, but so far this one is the easiest to transform. The first time it took me about 15 minutes to transform it, but with some practice, now it only takes me one. If you are looking for a good quality Decepticon with a decent price, look no further! This is a fine addition to your Decepticon army!

Looks 5 times better in person. Glad to have this re-stock chance after seeing 100 usd prices. This was shipped to Colombia, package looks fine and the figure itself is great. One thing i recommend is to be careful with the transformation. I accidentally broke one tab from the door.

Excelente figura, se ve bastante bien sobretodo para la escala que maneja el único detalle es que en mi copia las uniones de bola en mi copia son algo flojas y sumano a que tiene bastante peso en la espalda es algo complicada de posar

This Soundwave figure is excellent-looking in both modes. But the transformation is quite difficult, even compared to a lot of other Studio Series figures. I almost broke part of it folding the mid-section slightly wrong for car mode. Fortunately I looked up a video to see what I was doing wrong, because the instructions that come with the figure are difficult to make out sometimes. I recommend just taking your time and transforming it slowly. And if something isn't quite budging, just look up a video to see if you're doing something wrong. I would recommend this for teens and adults, but not for 8-year-olds like the box says. They will surely break it.

Malgré sa petitesse, ce robot est tout simplement incroyable. Déjà au premier regard, il ravive le petit garçon en chaque homme. Des heures de plaisir, autant comme objet de collection que comme jouet.

Item is good But paint keeps on getting off Overall figure details is fantastic Good for poses The laserbeak is not good ,it has very less details The robot is amazing, vehicle mode is fantastic Careful with the chest ball joints they might popup so while moving that always use a little push force . Figure looks amazing from front but back side is bad ,as it has kibble part as the roof top of the car. Overall I will absolutely recommend to go for it. I will recommend this to
