The media could not be loaded. I am not very much into the farmhouse look, but I thought these galvanized metal planters looked super modern, simple, and useful. The shipping was fast and they arrived without any damage. However, I was a bit surprised that Amazon didn't use a bubble wrapper or something to protect the planters from being damaged when they were marked as fragile. They look just like the pictures, but maybe a little bigger than I expected, so make sure you know the measurements on the description page. The product dimensions are as described.These planters have very nice galvanized patterns and are finished very nicely. They are very versatile, so they can be used in many different ways. They also seem to go really well on both walls and posts of any color and material. My initial plan was to plant succulents or outdoor-friendly plants and hang them around my half-outdoor porch, but I think I will grow devil’s ivy in water. The two I got seem to be very well coated and show no sign of water leakage, but I would still recommend testing how well they hold water before indoor application. Devil’s ivy does better in a darker color vase that blocks out some light. It slows the growth of algae, otherwise you'll have to clean algae quite frequently. So, these planters are kind of perfect for it and I think it will look really great when the ivy grows longer down. All I need to do is fill the jar with clean water, and add a few drops of liquid fertilizer into the water before adding the plant.I am now also considering buying more to use them as a wall flower vase to decorate the foyer or the bathroom. They are big and deep enough to hold a bouquet of flowers. These are fun pieces at a great price.

I just received these and am sending them right back. Exchanging because they are beautiful and exactly the size, weight, color and material that I’ve been looking for. BUT the tip is completely rusted through on both of them... right out of the box!!! They also have rust on the hook at the top. I’m really hoping I just got a bad batch because they seem very sturdy. I ordered these and the wall planters by the same company. Those came in good condition and seem very sturdy as well.Edited to add:::So I received my replacements in the mail and the new ones are perfect. No rust and I filled them with water and nothing dripped out. They are super cute and very sturdy. They are exactly the width of the inside of my window frame and look really good one on either side of the window that’s right above my kitchen sink. They fit a nice size aloe plant in both.

Was looking to spruce up our guest bedroom and going for a bit of a "farmhouse" look with my rocker and DIY footstool. This galvanized cone wall planter was a great addition. I like to DIY so I can probably paint them in the future, but for now I kind of like the "raw" metal look. Nice that they come in a pair and also don't take up too much space on the wall. I was a little unsure about how "waterproof" it would be but it has not leaked at all and has enough room for the dirt and the plants (that I picked up from Home Depot for about $4 each). Happy with my purchase and would definitely consider again if I want to add some greenery indoors in the future.

I did not get these to be wall planters. I was actually shopping around for atmospheric water generators. After reading a few articals on how they worked and the drawbacks of using them (such as chemicals), I decided to make my own. These planters came in the shape that I wanted to use. Being a cone, the water droplets will natrually run down to the tip and drop into the bucket without a mess. I filled the cone with water and stuck it in my freezer for a few days. I then took the frozen cone and hung it outside off of my fence placing an icecream bucket underneath to catch the condensation. And guess what.... it works. It costs 99.9% less than the machines being sold, doesn't use electricity, and doesn't use any chemicals. Thanks for a great product. It was exactly what I was looking for.

They are growing Hens and Chicks on my deck and look really nice. no rust at this point.
