Our dog manages to make all other carpet tapes obsolete. This one lasts and holds better than all!It's a bit of a pain to clean up when you remove a rug though, but to be expected!

The little handy block of wood and cutter are the secret to getting an even cut and keeping the tape from sticking where it shouldn't. These cutting tools should come with every roll of double-sided carpet tape sold.

What can I say that’s positive it works mediocrically. Not suitable for high traffic areas.

I’ve used this tape on doorway rugs as and large rugs (9’x14’). It works great!

This stuff sticks really well. It's great if you want want rip up your carpet to adjust the rug or have it stuck to your flooring

Product works well, especially when you follow directions (AMAZING how that works!) I used this tape to secure several of the above strip rugs (shown). So far, everything is working as advertised. My suggestion would be to measure out the tape, cut using the supplied razor blade tool, then press it firmly into position. Wait a minute or so for the adhesive to get a good grip, then using the razor blade tool, make a small diagonal slice on the end you want to start removing the backing, then use the razor blade to lift up the backing from the adhesive side. It makes it a lot easier to remove the backing this way. Slowly pull the backing away, keeping it in line with the tape run, using both hands to make sure removing the backing doesn't also bring up the adhesive, as well.

We have hardwood floors and had no rugs as I use a power wheelchair and rugs slide around when I go on them. Thanks to COVID, I had to buy rugs to help with noise while I work from home. This tape arrived very fast, I didn't notice when I ordered that it came with a knife and scored cutting block. That was a lovely surprise! This stuff was priced well, easy to apply and easy to stick on to the floor. Most importantly for us, the rug didn't move even when I turned around on it! It was enough to do 5 5ft strips and 2 7ft strips. I have no reason to pull it back up so I don't know how easy it is to remove but I have no intention of doing so anytime soon. I already ordered a 2nd roll as I now plan to buy more rugs since I don't have to worry about them moving all over.

I saw an interior designer on a TV show talk about this tape and tried it with an area rug by the bed on ceramic tile floors. It works so well you won't believe it! You can vacuum it in place and when you want to wash it just remove it following instructions, does not leave sticky residue nor discoloration on your floor (mine are white). Now we use it for everything!
