Incredible engineering, last a lifetime.
This thing is laser cut stainless and it's a really heavy gauge, this means several things; it will hold heat well when you drop cold food on it, it will outlive the purchaser, it can act as a mini hot-plate to keep food hot while you finish off other items, and I use 2 of the flat plates stacked as a mini pizza-stone also which it is also great at.Very well made, literal perfection I can't see any way of improving it.Highly recommended.
