Do we get the powder in a jar or package?

My one comes in a jar as shown on the picture.

Could i just use this as a setting powder? by terry have an under eye hyaluronic powder and it's over £40 for a small amount

You would have to add it to another setting powder in very, very, very small amounts so that the powder is diluted. To give some perspective 1gram of hyaluronic acid can hold 6 liters of water!

Does it come with the measuring spoon?
