Poor quality and extremely horrible customer service. Refusing to accept my return/refund! Wish I could give negative stars!!

I purchased this for a bachelorette party for the bride. Brought it with me and didn’t notice till I got there that the clip was broken off the veil. We had to go out of our way to find a liquor store to buy safety pens to fix it and make it work. It was a huge inconvenience and the product was cheaply made.

The clasp was off before I even opened the package. You could see hot glue residue where it looks like the supplies were bought at a craft store. If this was under $10 it would be worth the money. It looked cute on the bride once we glued it back on but too much hassle for the price paid

Certainly not as fluffy as shown. Of course packaging had a bit to do with that, but the “poof” never came to its glory. The bride was still very excited & it will definitely add the perfect touch to her days on the beach before the wedding.

I was skeptical at first but it exceeded my expectations. Love the fullness of the veil! Got a lot of compliments at my bachelorette party. It also withstood the wash and did not pull/rip/bow didn't come off. Would recommend!

The pin to put it on broke off the first time I tried to wear it. Very poor quality. I’d like a refund.
