Excellent for small to very large lug nut cover removal
I have been looking for a SMALL lug nut cover removal tool for quite a while. Sent a few back as they were just too large at the jaws and not too well made. I have a Winnebago Navion with Alcoa polished wheels and these fit Lug Nut covers fit over a 19mm or 3/4" lug nut. These Ken-Tool Professional Lug Nut Cover Remover, STL, (30606) do the trick. It'll fit the small applications and you can move the rotation point to a second hole to fit the really big ones. It's also made with steel thickness much heavier than the galvanized. They're a little pricey, but replacement SS lub nut covers can run $6.00 a piece! Use these to remove your lug covers before going to tire shop. Some shops just spin them off...not good.

Pretty well made
Seems like a very good value for the money. Well built, can be increased or decreased for larger or smaller covers. Got the job done!

Expected New, Received Used
The tool ordered should have been new, but the tool received showed signs of use. It was likely used, then returned, and sold again as new. Not a major concern, just a misrepresentation of the item purchased. Appears to be high quality compared to other similar options made from low quality metal where handles were reported to break on the first use.

A must have for tire repairmen
A bit pricy, but with a Ken-tool, the extra money bought you quality.Works great, has excellent grip for both round and hex shaped screw on lug nut/stud covers.Has two adjustments for smaller vs. larger diameter covers.Built heavy, not heavy enough to be cumbersome, but heavy enough to not flex and fail under torque loads like similar cheaper tools I’ve used.A good investment for anyone with a tractor trailer or large motorhome that has these ornamental stud covers, and a must for anyone who does tire repairs for a living.

Chrome lug cover tool.
The tool works better than anticipated. Able to remove the lug nut covers easily and also use the tool to install the covers onto the lug nuts.
