These are very healthy but they're dry and fall apart. It's eating a bunch of nuts and seeds. The taste is good

I love these bars, they do not contain processed sugar or preservatives. It’s real food, their delicious and nutritious!

Great-tasting plant protein bar - all flavors too!

These are really tasty like all the other TOSI Bars. They are healthy and I keep them in my bag at all times just in case I need a guiltless snack. They especially came in handy this Summer because they were perfect for my daily visits to the pool club where I spent many hours and they held me over until dinner time.

I LOVE all things nuts and seeds. I discovered these Tosi SuperBites when I was ordering my bi-weekly organic goods thru a local company. Finding these amazingly crunchy, crisp, yummy, flavorful, nutty/seedy snacks (or meal, at the rate I chaw thru them...) was one of the best discoveries, like... EVER. I go thru those vats of mixed nuts from Target like a rabid, nut-starved squirrel, and find these Tosi gems almost better than what amounts to at least half my normal daily diet. Serious... I eat nuts ALL the time. They are lightly sweet, which is a nice counterpoint to the heavily salted nuts (altho I do love my sodium, too). They are far, faaaaar less oily than nuts, or, really, zero-oily, so noshing on them when out and about isn't going to require having greasy finger streaks down the side of my jeans. A good thing if you know a rather large, food-motivated mini-pony of a dog who lurches at anything food'esque. And they are just so damn tasty! AND crispy! I am very happy to have discovered these in bulk, and in my view, are worth every bit of the cost. Altho my math sucks, at best, purchasing Tosi via Amazon, in boxes instead of per snack, was a smarter shot for my nutseedcrunch fix than getting it bit-bt-piece every two weeks. They are truly a lovely treat for the taste buds, the checking account, the general well-being, mental health and snack happiness of this Nut nut. So HUGE thanks to the two ladies who invented such perfection! Absolute nutty heaven in a box.

I have purchased several cases of these bars over the last couple of years. What I have always enjoyed has been the fresh crunchy flavor. However my last case is stale and old tasting. The crunchyness is missing and definitely taste many years old. The date on the package is 2/26. This case was a total disappointment
