So far, so good but I’ve had it for less than two weeks. It’s quiet but you can adjust the flow. It’s attractive and clean-looking. Very easy to assemble. The size is perfect for my space. However, I haven’t had the greatest experience with tabletop fountains. Either the pump or power cord breaks within a year with light to moderate, but careful, use. That’s why I purchased the four-year insurance policy this time. We’ll see.

Love being able to have a waterfall in my room. Great product.

The fountain is very pretty, but in the evening the light is not bright enough to see the water flowing down. Also, the description says: listen and relax to the sounds of a waterfalls against the rocks. The fountain makes absolutely no noise. No relaxing waterfalls sound to relax you. It absolutely has no sound at all. You do not hear the water flowing down. If you are thinking of purchasing this product to listen to the water falls sound, like I did for relaxation, DON’T waste your money. You will get the fountain but absolutely no water falls sound . What good is it to lay down and try to relax with a soft tranquil waterfalls against the rocks , when there is none. don’t waste your money. you will not hear anything. It is completely silent. Very disappointed.

We need a fountain that makes a bit more sound for sound masking in our home. We'd had a huge one and wanted to downsize. This certainly was a downsize - a little bit of a Spinal Tap moment, but truly it is what was described. You can make it 'louder or softer' by adjusting how full you fill the water. If you fill to the brim, it's going to be quieter, and when the water level gets lower, the sound gets louder (water falls farther, more noise). The only other thing I hadn't anticipated was how often we have to fill it back up vs. our much bigger fountain. The water dissipates through the day, so I have to fill it every evening to keep the level where we like it. And if you wait too long you'd risk damaging the pump if it gets too low. So unplug it if you're going away, and if you can't keep the routine of nightly fills, you probably need a bigger fountain.

Hugely disappointed. It's cute but you can barely hear it. The ball at the top an absolute waste. Way to expensive for a product that doesn't really work as advertised.

I love, love, love the look of the WICHEMI Indoor Fountain Tabletop Fountain Waterfall Fountain; it fits the aesthetic of my space perfectly BUT I am having a hard time doing a 5 star recommendation. When I first put up the foundation, I wanted the inventor to come to my home to stop the pump from making sooooo much noise. I added more water until it spilled out to drown out the noise; I took the pump in and out of the back scrapping my hands so many times - it hurt; and I readjusted the speed many times. For $70.00, I should not have had to do any of this and should not have a complaint…GEESH!!!! The other problem I had and it might just be me was installing the light. I could not easily get the led light through the lamp part like depicted in the video. I used a twist tie to help me pull it through. I have small hands so it wasn’t me…hahaha. I don’t know how but I was sent the wrong directions but of course anyone can figure it out. I was yearning for a peaceful compliment to my space and look wise the foundation IS IT so it isn’t all bad. The video depicts a peaceful waterfall noise - that just didn’t happened for me. Since I love the look SOOOOO much I didn’t send it back
