High strength tablets, which are a good size and easy to swallow. Decided to add these into my diet as I don’t go out in the sun and was lacking in vitamin d. So far they have been working and the packs are great value for money due to the size.

I take 3 of these a day. I prefer that they are softgels rather than tablets as it makes them easier to swallow but I also believe the vitamin d is also more easily digested in this form.
