Q: How long will my heels stay smooth after using this product?

Sends on if you use lotion! I have to do mine like once a week or two weeks just to keep really smooth. Lotion makes it last longer.

Q: Is this better to use on wet or dry feet?

I've tried both and had no problems either way. Just be careful using this on dry feet to avoid hurting your skin.

Q: Can you use these on callused knees?

I don't see why not. If the grated side seems too much, the fine end is aimed toward more delicate skin. It isnt very rough textured at all. Go for it.

Q: Can it work on dry skin?

Yes, the foot scrubber can remover dead skin for both dry and wet feet.
