Pink, purple and blue on un-lightened brown hair!
I've used another brand of vivid dye on my brunette hair for many years, and I was pretty happy with it. But when I suddenly could no longer order it, I was forced to find a new brand, which stressed me out! I found this brand and after poring over reviews, I decided to risk it and pulled the pin. The shipping took weeks for two of the three colors, which was frustrating. Once they all arrived, I set to dyeing the next day. My hair is medium brown and does not get bleached, lightened, blow dried.. nothing. Just plain, brown, pin straight hair. I have always used color depositing dyes in bright colors over my dark hair, which I fully EXPECT to not give the same result as they would on light colored or bleached hair. Bleaching is simply not an option I choose to expose my hair to despite my love for colored hair! The first thing I noted when opening these dye tubes is that they smell fabulous. Not a chemical smell, not a salon smell, just yummy. I did my usual sectioning into three parts, blue on the bottom, then a layer of purple in the middle, and pink on top. I like having no distinct root line, so I use my finger tips and sort of do a fine, graduated fade into the color over a few inches away from the roots, so my roots are my natural color and the pink dye gradually fades in over the first few inches down. The color was easy to apply and I used about a half tube of each on my hip length hair. I left it on for an hour or two until I was ready to shower. The dye did not stain my white sink or my tile shower, and it was easy enough to clean off my skin and nails. Seeing all the dyed water going down the drain is nerve wracking, not knowing if any color will be left in my hair once I'm done. But I rinsed well, wrapped my wet hair in a towel and went to bed with another towel over my pillow. The next morning, I had only a tiny bit of colors on my hair wrap towel, and none on the towel covering my pillow. The color on my hair once or dried was fun and beautiful. I only wash it with shampoo once or twice a week, and do my best to baby it. It does continue to bleed color when I shampoo it, but it doesn't bleed color at all anywhere else, like on my clothes or pillow. The color has lasted for about a month so far and still looks really nice. The blue tends to fade into the purple, so the pink and purple are the most noticeable, but you can still see all three colors depending on how I style my hair. I'm pretty happy with this dye considering that it offers the colors I want, it's easy to find and order, the reasonably decent price, and the staying power of the dye. I think I'll be using this as my new go-to color from now on, although I'll definitely need to order it well before I need to restock since it took a full month for some of the tubes to be shipped/delivered. Photo attached shows my natural brown color at the roots, and video shows the three colors after two weeks and two washes.

best pink hair dye ever
best pink hair dye ive ever used, ive tried multiple brands pinks and same results each time, it would wash out and fade very fast and a very ugly orangey pink color, not only does this one last it BARELY fades , i redo my roots before i redo my hair dye, the color is very vibrant and when it does start fading ( which it barely does ) its the cute purple undertone of pink not the ugly orange one, people say to wash dyed hair in cold water to keep the color, but with this you definitely dont need to i know i dont, would definitely like to try the brands lighter pink

Fun and easy color!
I am very happy with the outcome from this product! Disclaimer: I did not follow the product recommendations, and bought it twice so I could do two applications. Application: I purchased this hair color in Stoned Pony for an easy first-time home hair color experience. The product was a thick conditioning cream that was easy to apply. I just sectioned my hair, put on gloves, squeezed some product out and worked it into my dried hair, then waited. There was no dripping or mess. After rinsing out the conditioner, there were no stains or marks left in the shower or on the towel. Color: This product is recommended for pre-lightened or very light hair, and is not recommended for even medium-light hair. As noted above, I did not follow the recommendation to lighten or pre-bleach my hair. My natural color is an ashy blonde, and has been highlighted and toned many times. I knew the color transfer would not be perfect, but I was hopeful! The color transfered to any pre-lightened hair, and cooled down the tone of the rest of my hair. The first application, I left the product on for about 40 minutes, and got a faint smoky lavender tone especially on prior highlighted areas. The second application was left on for 1.5 hours, and I got a more vibrant purple on those highlighted areas and a darker ash blonde on the rest of my hair. I had gotten highlights about 3 months previously, and I have an increasing amount of grey coming in. This product gave enough color to feel fun and enjoyable without feeling overwhelming or off-putting. The formula is conditioning and restorative, and there were no issues with chemical mixing or hair damage. I may update later about color longevity and fade. Overall, I really am enjoying the look and color, despite it not being recommended for my hair color. If you're on the fence, just go for it!

I like it but it has a weird kinda texture
It smelt very nice and came out pretty on my hair, it looked a little pink on my roots but it’s still pretty 😋 it has a really weird texture though and is kinda hard to wash out

Pretty, but not as pictured and faded fast
I've had my eye on Du Hast for ages and finally tried it out. In the photo this color is a stunning reddish orange coppery shade, although they describe it as "rose gold". It's definitely not rose gold. On me - and I was putting this on level 8/9 mostly blonde hair with a tinge of faded peach underneath - it came out pumpkin color. It was actually very pretty, although it looked faded right after application. Just not what I was expecting. It was lighter than pictured and more orange. That was ok, it was still pretty, but after two washes it was pastel peach - just came right out. This formula is very thick, and it's in a tube with a small opening - made it VERY hard to get out of the tube. The other thing that I found odd was the color of the dye itself. Usually with semi permanents, the color of the dye is pretty much what color your hair will be. This dye was brownish with a tiny pink undertone, but created a pale orange on my hair. That's not a complaint, but if you're planning to mix this to get your perfect color, it will be very confusing since this is NOT "what you see is what you get". Overall it's not bad, didn't cause staining issues, didn't smell bad. But for this kind of money I expected a more saturated and bold color, and for it to last more than two washes.

Love it lasts long💜
Honestly, best color i've ever worn it lasts. So long, it is so vibrant. It is hard to get out, but not to the point where I have to fry off my hair to be able to get the pink out.I really did love it.I was wearing this color for about seven or eight months. The formula, it's so good. It's so easy to clean up.It's just amazing Ps: once the color fades, it doesn't fade into weird colors. It fades into a much lighter and prettier pink.

I hope I can give a positive update...
I'm going to open with the fact that I've been dying my hair silver to deep silver / gray for about 10 years. I've had disasters, masterpieces, duds... This is the unique combination of two of those that I like to call DisasterPieces. Positives: 1. Very affordable. Which makes it very attractive; there was a deeper shade called Killswitch that I perceived to be a perfect (as it appears on screen) to be the same shade as my now-discontinued favorite semi-permanent color. This seems like a dream come true, practically impossible. Remember that adage, if it seems too good to be true it's probably not? Stay tuned 2. It arrived the next day, a day earlier than it was anticipated. Which hardly ever happens anymore. 3. Big tube of product in a kraft brown and glossy box, clearly denoting The name of the color of the name of the product with information about the company, the box was in perfect condition and the tube inside it was properly sealed. As I am a 53-year-old child, I opened it immediately, sitting in the yard. I wanted to see it in the sunlight. 4. So the color on the screen was identical to the color I previously used. The color on the box was a little bit more blue, like if I tilted the box a little bit and hit the sun I could see the blue base. Which is cool, it's better than seeing a brown base (for me), but I can tell you for sure I was not expecting a navy blue underneath all that dark silver. 5. The product is smooth, very creamy, it is not terribly staining in terms of my cuticles or other parts of my body, but it's heavily pigmented. It appears from the tube to be a black based dark silver. Which is exactly what I wanted. Telling myself that perhaps the photograph is a poor representation of the product, I proceeded. I was very excited. I lightened my hair from dark blonde to maybe a level seven, I shampooed and dried it, and I waited until the next morning to apply the pigment. Since it's mostly a pigment with little to no chemical assistance necessary, I applied it thoroughly all over my very short hair and put a processing cap on top for good measure and proceeded on with my morning. I left it in for maybe 2 hours, which is no big deal when you're talking about pigment without process: In other words, I didn't have to use any peroxide or developer when I got to the color stage, so I felt comfortable leaving the dye on for as long as I needed to. It didn't need to process - it just needed to stain. It felt good on my hair, it felt great on my scalp, it has this pepperminty sort of scent to it...I could feel it cooling my scalp which was nice. I don't like things that have too much smell and I was able to pretty much forget about it and it stayed moist because I put the processing cap on top. I rinsed it thoroughly per the box instructions and I did not shampoo it. It was very dark, almost black, but I knew (or at least, I thought I knew) that once I washed it, it would lift a shade off and probably be the dark gray that I was looking for. *I would add this: I missed some spots, so I knew I had to go back and fill in but my hair is really thick and I have this problem sometimes... This is not representative or a characteristic of the product at all, it is simply my application for lack thereof. I decided to wait a day, I applied a light layer of pigment to my hair, filled in the spots that I had missed the first time around waited about an hour, and I washed my hair. Because I was expecting it to lift to a slightly lighter shade of dark gray. Nope. I now feel very silly and I like I need to go to some kind of music festival with a bunch of other 18-year-olds. Negative: This is all one negative. Which kind of makes-or-breaks it, but I'm going to try to give it a another try tonight. The color falls out and goes from very dark gray - nearly black - to bright blue, lighter than navy (think Walmart-uniforms blue). I have a lot of experience coloring my own hair, I've been doing it for 35 years now, gray is my current age-appropriate funky color of choice. But it's been I Love Lucy Red, it's been crayon red, hot pink, periwinkle, teal, platinum, you name it. I have had what they call party hair since I was a young person. And this is not the first time nor with the first product. But I really, really loved this whole thing until I washed it. And it now looks ridiculous. Since there was such a large tube of product, I'm going to give it a light soap cap using just 10% peroxide and Dawn for 15 minutes and I'm going to dry it and try it again. And then I'm not going to wash it with shampoo, which I usually never do, but when I do I don't usually have disastrous results. Wish me luck.
