1st one ordered nothjj in MG worked - ZERO. Canceled with Amazon and 2 days later new one arrived and works perfectly. Instructions were clear and easy to follow and now all 28 accounts I work with have new passwords, non stored in computer system with capability changing at will, no problem.

Mine still works well and I love it. I just got 4 more for Christmas gifts to go with the tablets I got them. The price is very good. I can't believe that more people don't know about these. They make a lot of password keepers that you have to write down your passwords down. Why would you do that? This way you only have to remember the code to get in!! I'm surprised there isn't more people that know about these. Love it.

Maybe I received a slightly defective (but still functional) one because the one I received clearly looked used and has some issues. That said, I'm keeping it because so far it's functional and better than what I have now (which is nothing). I wonder why there are not more competitive products out there because I think this fills a vital need/niche. What do I like? That you can input websites/userid/password on a locked electronic device. What could be better?: First off, after a short period of usage it kept turning off with a message saying my batteries are low. I believe this is because I was using rechargeable batteries and they typically run 1.2v vs the 1.5v requirement. I put in fresh alkaline batteries and have not seen the low battery message since. I like that a password is required to unlock the device every time, but I have now encountered numerous occasions where I input the correct code repeatedly and it says it is incorrect. The (easy) solution is to hit the reboot button and that seems to put it back into working order. Others have pointed out the difficulty navigating the list, and it could be better, but it really is an inexpensive product that works well enough. I also like that this ran on conventional AAA batteries instead of button batteries and I feel the common AAA are easier to find in a situation where you might need to access this device quickly. Time will tell if this product will last and if the recurring reboot error continues to be easily solved. So far, so fair.

Holds a lot of passwords and user names. Easy look up . Usually have the password within a minute. Con is that you have no backup for entries as far as I know there is no output to a computer or printer. Don't know if another brand would have a backup feature. Important issue. Great for a lot of sites. usually in in a few minutes. Keys hard to type on. Not spaced close like keyboards this size. Knocked off a star for this. Hope I don't lose it,

Just received this product yesterday (1/15/20). Very easy to understand instructions. Started entering User IDs and everything was fine. Entered about 35 addresses and periodically viewed what I had entered. All of a sudden it quit allowing me to view what I had entered. Now I can enter as many User IDs and passwords as I want, but the VIEW button will not work. When I press the VIEW button I get a black bar across the device where the user ID address should be. So, I can put User IDs and passwords in, I just can't get them out. There's no way to clear out the User IDs and Passwords that I have entered! I guess you could say that it is keeping my User IDs and passwords safe!!! Even from me! If you buy one it might work, but, then again, it might not! Another thought, I can't send this thing back for a refund! If I send it back and someone, somehow gets access to my bank User IDs and Passwords they could clean out my accounts. I'm going to melt it down so that it doesn't fall in to the wrong hands. I don't like losing the cost of this thing, but it's a lot better than losing my checking, savings and credit card accounts! Buy it at your own risk! I did and lost!

Good product, but time consuming if you have a lot of passwords.

I love this little gadget. It saves my passwords. It's easy to use. It's a lot easier to find my passwords than trying to flip each page of a notepad to find the one you are looking for.

It proved to be very useful and easy to use. My only complaint is when you first put in your password you don’t know if it is in the capital letter mode or not. But no big deal. I wasn’t willing to spend the money on an expensive one when it really is a simple tool.
