Moisture Block | Anti-Frizz Serum

I have been stopped by several people including professional hair dressers because of this amazing product. I used this before travel to Oklahoma, where I met with rain and snow and sun! My hair survived with an umbrella. I was very thankful that I didn’t turn into a frizz hall at all! The products where used for speakers on stage in front of 5,000-20,000 people looked amazing held up well, and now has a small cult following in the DMV area.I have used this with curly hair too! Helps the curls not separate as quickly and keeps their bounce ( I would add a little mouse or gel as well). I am a long time user of WEN products on my, fine, wavy gray hair, which I wear in a layered Bob. I used one pea-sized amount of Moisture Block with 3 pumps of my WEN styling Cream, mixed it in my palms, and ran them over my wet hair, drew a wide tooth comb through my hair, then scrunched the curls in and let it air dry. I have soft, curly hair 3 days later. I only have to mist water over my hair and scrunch to revive the style. I have soft, full looking curls and waves.If you have frizz prone hair or live in a humid area I highly recommend Moisture Block. A little goes a long way, so only use a pea-size amount to start; you can always add a bit more later.

The media could not be loaded. I am mixed and have naturally curly fine/medium textured hair that ranges from 2b to 3c. I included a photo of my natural curls and a photo of what my hair looks like when blow out it without this serum. It reverts very fast. The photo of me outside in the evening with my hair looking poofy was taken when I had just blown my hair out not 4 hours ago!It’s now been a week since blow drying with this product (I typically need to wash every 4 days but I can stretch things if I’m being lazy). My hair has still not reverted except for my baby hairs/edges and “the kitchen” as momma calls it. I call that a win!I used this as the only styling product to blowout my hair with my revlon one step round hair dryer. I sectioned my hair into 4 quadrants and then in each quadrant I took 4 sections and applied a tiny amount of serum to each section individually on damp hair before blow drying for a total of about 16 individual sections. The key to this product is making sure it coats all of the hair and for that, applying the serum in smaller sections is critical.DO NOT take the product and try to apply it to half of all your hair- you need to make smaller sections and apply it sparingly or your hair will turn out greasy and you will not get the humidity protection! I applied the product again after blow drying but in larger sections with the same small amount just to be sure to seal out the humidity.And you can see how shiny it made my hair!! This is a great product and does exactly what it says it does and it held my blowout in this summer heat and humidity.The results are not the problem. Nor is the price. The problem I have with this is that the bottle is not at all travel friendly. It leaks, even when screwed on tightly and closed. It’s only a flip top lid- poor choice for a lid I think. That is the reason for the deduction of a star. I found it leaked during my travel on a train. I can only imagine it could be worse on an airplane. Since this product is pricey and a little goes a long way, I don’t want to waste a drop! If you are traveling, I advise transferring this serum to a leakproof bottle and leave this original bottle at home.

I’m from AZ and have been using this for over a decade. It works better than ANYTHING to control frizz in all climates!You need a TINY amount—this is the third bottle I’ve ever bought, so the first two each lasted me 5+ years. My hair is shoulder length when straightened and I use about ¼ of a pea-sized drop after every shower, as well as the same amount of a silk protein product.Removing stars because the manufacturer is difficult to work with—tried ordering from their site several times, and could only find some of their products here. All requests for contact have gone unanswered. If you can find Lok & Blok (same company), it’s an even better product.

A little goes a long way .

I got this product because I wanted to try quick weaves for the first time. This product is amazing I have natural 4c hair and I used the product per the instructions and straightened my hair. I tied it up and went to bed( I sweat a lot in my sleep) I woke up and it was still straight. No curls at all. 10/10 would recommend.

I have 4c hair that frizzes up every time I try to flat iron it, and this moisture block really did work on my hair. It never frizzed up once and I even went out on a rainy day and it never frizzed (with a hat on tho). If you have real 4c kinky hair like me, try this out along with Amika products
