What a great product I'm so happy I have finally found something that works!! In the course of my job I do a lot of travel within the US but also a significant amount of International travel and as most people know waking up after an 8 hour or longer night flight business meetings on the first day can be almost impossible. I just purchased your Aeris travel pillow & during my recent 8 hour Transatlantic flight I ended up sleeping for the majority of it; I woke up at the other end without a headache or stiff neck, something which is extremely rare during these flights. I have tried a number of travel pillows in the past but compared to the Aeris the others are either way too expensive, do not offer the same comfort as yours or plainly did not allow me to relax sufficiently enough to be able to get any restful sleep. The ease of use, comfort & value for money is excellent. The small design details are also nice touches which are well thought through; from the travel pouch to the clasps to the washable cover, all items which on their own are relatively insignificant but when combined make for a pillow that provides the maximum amount of comfort & ease of use for a relaxing travel experience. I am already planning on buying additional pillows for the rest of my family for our next fight, I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone who travels frequently whether it be in their own vehicles or via any type of public transport. The Aeris pillow should be a necessity for any traveller, I for one definitely won't be leaving home without it ever again!! Great job Aeris & thank you for making sleepless flights a thing of the past. What is the next new travel product you are working on & when will it be available?????

When I ordered the neck pillow, I thought I had found my perfect travelling companion - a comfortable pillow that could crush down into a smaller package for my carry on. When I received it, I found that it is a GREAT travelling companion, but not quite perfect. Pros: * most comfortable neck pillow I've ever tried. I took this guy on a 4 hour flight recently, and it performed well. I find that the micro-bead style pillows are overstuffed, and my head ends up getting pushed forward (I'm on the smaller side, those might be perfect for burlier types) and are very uncomfortable. This squishes just the right amount in all the right places. * it does squish down to half it's size and is easier to carry than the micro-bead pillows (I have to laugh when I see people wearing those around the airport for lack of a better way to carry them). * the pillow has a cover which is removable, and can be cleaned easily (important for anything that touches an airplane seat - yuck) Cons: * The main picture for this product shows a carry bag that is 1/3 or 1/4 the size of the pillow, and I wish this was the product I had received. The actual carry bag is pretty big - you can just fold the pillow in half and stuff it in, which is convenient if you have to stow it fast, but it takes up a lot of room in my carry on bag. Indifferent: * there is a chemical smell when you receive the pillow - it dissipates if you leave it out for a week or so. This will not help you if you need to travel with it ASAP, but some people are less bothered by this * This comes with ear plugs, which I did not need but some people might like.

The pillow feels really comfortable and folds up perfectly into a compact pouch. The eye mask let's in a little light but should work out Looking forward to using this product on my overseas trip.

After my last long flight that resulted in a lot of neck pain I decided I needed to invest in a travel pillow and based on some research I picked this one because I read that it wasn't super hard and I thought that would be most comfortable. The good: -True to what I read this is a nice soft memory foam that gives and cushions your head without it forcing you into one position. -It does compress quite a bit so you can stuff it in the sack provided and it takes up less space. -The cover is soft and it's removable so you can wash it (a must after long flights in germ filled airplanes) -The strings with the toggles that snap together is nice. The shape wasn't a perfect fit for me and this helped keep it in a good place. The not as good: -The zipper on the cover is pretty weak. I'll be very careful with it because I wouldn't be shocked if it got stuck/ripped after a few uses. -It's a weak spot where the strings are connected. Pulling on them too hard will surely rip them off. -After one flight the plastic piece at the end of one of the strings that keeps the toggle from sliding all the way off broke off. -It might just be too soft. I have a smaller neck and this didn't quite give the amount of support I would have liked. But it was comfortable and kept my head from bobbing around so it accomplished the majority of it's job. -I don't really understand the stuff sack. I think it needs to be smaller. After rolling up the pillow into a nice little ball over half the amount of the space in the sack was unfilled and the velcro strap is in a weird place that I couldn't figure out how it would be useful to keeping it compressed. But it's functional to a certain extent. Overall I think that this might not be a great fit for people with smaller heads/necks, but it is very comfortable. The quality of the memory foam and cover I don't doubt, but the zipper/adjustable strings I don't expect to last very long.

Comodo si da seduti, che sdraiato come cuscino. Prima di comprarlo usavo i cuscini gonfiabili, ma si bucavano sempre. La memory foam permette di risparmiare spazio ripiegando il prodotto, ed è comodissima e morbida al tatto quando la utilizzi. In più nella confezione c'è la mascherina da viaggio e i tappi x le orecchie.

This pillow is a great product - comfortable to use, soft but firm enough to be supportive. Also squashes down surprisingly small for convenient transportation. Definitely recommend. I had a fault carry bag and the seller sent out another set very promptly without quibbling - top notch customer service. The ear plugs were not very effective and they fell out and I lost them on my first trip - but they were not the reason I purchased this set, just a welcome bonus.

I've had spondolitis for many years now and recently had acupuncture for the chronic pain and exercises which helped a little. Then I discovered your Neck Pillow and the relief it gives me watching TV, reading or even relaxing in the evening is amazing. I was worried about getting yet another neck pillow as I found previous ones very uncomfortable and scratchy but this one is great .... I shall also use it for travelling and maybe I'll get some sleep in the car on long journeys and on planes now! Thank you so much Aeris.

Confortable et maintient bien la tête. Seulement quelques utilisations pour le moment mais la qualité à l'air d'être là. Livré avec des accessoires mais pas utilisés.
