I bought this for the bulk fermentation step when making sourdough. It works great for my purpose. It seems like it's good quality and feels quite sturdy. It's also easy to clean and can go in the dishwasher if needed. Please note this does not come with a lid.

Have found this to be an excellent choice for bread to rise in. At a glance you can see where it has risen to. Takes a small amount of space on the counter top compared to most bowls. Plan to buy a second container for canning season.

This is a sturdy and versatile container which I originally bought it to brine chicken. It’s excellent for this purpose. However… now that I make cold-process soap, I use it for mixing the oils in making the soap batter. It’s nice and deep so there is no splashing. I need another one just for the kitchen.

I like this bucket to rise my bread’s dough! It that’s a great job to know when double in size! Clear and measurement in quarts! 4 stars bc no lid and hard to see the measurements!.

I buy big bags of bird food from Walmart. I use this container to carry the bird food to my bird feeder. It is perfect and just what I was looking for.
