Very disappointed in this product. The handle broke after only 4 months of use. Also the cap does not always stay closed; flooded my lunch box and front seat a few times. I do like that it's glass though and the glass is protected. I just wish it was a higher quality product. I hope this helps.

I should have realized this bottle wouldn't keep drinks cold--it's not insulated. If I add ice, then it will sweat in my travel purse. Next time I'll get an insulated water bottle. It is convenient otherwise, and glass instead of a plastic bottle is better for the environment (and for me).

The media could not be loaded. This is the second purchase of the life factory bottles my first one was last year and I have never had an issue. The second time I bought one was was October 14th 2021. The blue bottle had a black cap aside some obvious change in the design of the sleeve.On three occasions I have had the black cap leak. I though it was my son who didn't close the bottle but after today's leak I examined it closely. The cap does not flush properly hence any time it isn't upright it leaks.I inserted a video to show the difference between the teal bottle bought in 2020 and the blue bottle bought in 2021.The bottle itself is strong and sturdy easy to hold but the leak is my issue. I think the caps/covers need to re evaluated.I give it a two star because I believe that it is not entirely a bad product.

An affordably priced glass water bottle. The flip cap doesn't lock shut so it's not really leakproof, but I knew that when I bought it. I got the flip lid for convenience, the basic lid doesn't have that issue. Unfortunately it didn't survive a 3-foot drop onto concrete about a month after purchase. It's not really built to survive the dangers of everyday carry, but I think it would be fine if you just needed something for your car or desk.
