Sadly this book is not worth the paper it is written on. It is too out of date to make it useful, suggesting out of date management plans, with poor explanations of answers. Far too many inaccuracy making it difficult to believe anything that is written; such as CT with gadolinium, presumably means MR, the ambiguous statement presence of PTPN11 gene, presumably mutation in PTPN11 & giving a diagnosis of HUS with normal platelets and no biochemical evidence of haemoysis to name but a few.To be honest I am surprised the RSM are prepared to put their name on this and will make me think twice before purchasing any more of their products.Save your money and purchase an on-line test bank instead.
