These Sabco "Strong" White Vest-Style Plastic Carrier Bags are definitely not as strong as the description suggests. The handles are fairly weak and likely to snap if carrying anything over 5kg*.That said, for smaller, lighter items like takeaway food, they’re perfectly fine. Just don’t overload them or put too much trust in their durability.For £5, they’re not a bad deal, but manage your expectations—they’re more suited for light use.

I originally brought the larger 11 x 17 x 21" bags and these were absolutely amazing. They were nice and strong and sturdy but were just a little bit too big for what I needed them for so when it came to reorder more I decided to go down to the slightly smaller size 10 x 15 x 18“.What a terrible mistake that was. Even though they are from the same listing and seller they are completely useless. They are simply far far to thin and flimsy and not strong as advertised so much so that as soon as you put the slightest thing into the bags they rip/split immediately.The 10 x 15 x 18” are so bad that I have reordered the bigger bags again will never order this size again.If you want decent strong bags I highly recommend the bigger 11 x 17 x 21" but whatever you do steer clear of the 10 x 15 x 18” bags.
