I bought this for my kindle fire hd10. It was a total waste of money. It does not fit port right so you have to wiggle it around to get it to charge and if you don't get it right it won't charge at all. Because of this by the 3 rd time I used it the part that goes into kindle bent and heated up so fast it burned the crap out of my fingers trying to get it unplugged before it ruined my kindle. I'm glad it was cheap and I didn't waste to much money because I had to throw it away and buy a different kind. More money but it works.

While it was working it was good but it lasted only 10 months. Then the cord insulation started breaking away right where it went into the micro USB plug. Then the electrical wires started fraying where the broken insulation exposed them. Now it can't charge at all. Replacing with one that has a braided cord.

Just ordered this cord on 7/28/2020. In two months, it has come apart at the neck and doesn't conduct the charge correctly anymore. Very dissatisfied.

The cable works fine with Kindle Paperwhite. It in fact appears to be just like the one that came with Kindle except of course the extended length.

Used daily since I ordered it appx 3 months ago but its not working anymore. I've plugged into various sockets and used my Samsung charger cube and it still doesn't work properly. Never will order again.

needed a new USB/charger for my Kindle Fire, 4th generation. The insert did NOT fit into the Kindle. I was astonished! Could it be for older Kindles? Newer ones? Too much trouble to return it, repackaging, sending it out, I will see if someone else can use it.

Length was perfect for the space I needed it for. Recharging is fast for my tablet (I am an avid reader) and Android ph.
