This button hides the attachment screws and has a sleeker appearance than most. The wires have to be fed through a small hole on the base of the switch and then be attached to screws. Somewhat stiff wires makes this a bit awkward. It's best to attach the wires before mounting the switch. Otherwm6 inise easy to install. Fairly standard switch mechanism inside. Should be reliable.

I bought this to replace the wall switch button for my garage door opener when the old one fell apart after 15 years of use. Aside from my fat fingers having some difficulty connecting the wires, it was an easy install, looks good and works perfectly.

It will do. Push the button and it works best when pushed from the bottom edge. Not sure it will last super long but it wasn't the most expensive one here.

The volume is great and for the material is pretty durable.
