Infact I loved this product! Having it in morning coffee, black and sugarless, is of immense help to manage health.I also mix it with sour drinks to balance taste and to avoid adding sugar as well.

This is non absorbable carbohydrate (fibre). We need fibre for gut bacteria survival. Gut bacteria are essential for gut and metabolic health. Fructo-oligosachharide (inulin) is loved by gut bacteria. This is non caloric sweetener also. It is well suited for diabetics. I use it in bread making. It makes bread soft and sweet.

I have tried Nature's Velvet Advanced Prebiotics, and in my professional opinion, it's an average product. While it does provide some support for gut health yet the results were not as significant as I had hoped.

This is Tata's FOSSENCE (Short Chain Fructo-oligosaccharide) packed in a bottle. No wonder it's high quality product.Uses:You can use it to make L-reuteri yogurt.It can be used as a probiotic for many good bacteria cultures.It can also be used in bakeryPros:It is a high quality product which usually is sold/bought in bulk. So Nature's Velvet packs it up in usable sizes for individual persons for home use.Cons:It's too expensive. Tata Fossence usually sells for Rs.350/kg ~400/kg.But this nature's velvet packaging costs Rs 396 for just 300gm. That's almost Rs 1320/kg. Almost 3 times the price if bought in wholesale.Although you'll have to buy bulk quantities if you buy directly from the distributor.

I have been using it for the past few days and find the product to be very convenient. I mix it with drinks and food to slow down the absorption and to lower the glycemic index of food. It also increases the feeling of fullness. It dissolves very easily in water and drinks. I use it mainly with an egg white isolate to ensure that the protein is absorbed slowly, when I need a slow protein. It seem to enhance the taste of egg white shake a bit.I used a fiber supplement that contained resistant maltodextrin, inulin and guar gum before. I find this one better than the one I used before. This product contains fructooligosaccarides, the kind of fiber that occurs naturally in many fruits.The scoop was not included with the product. My suggestion would be to include one.

TATA is Indian company, not trustworthy in quality. I have seen all their brands, they can buy all but not able to deliver quality . So I doubt this product
