Dog takes well no issues.

stopped her pain
after 3 months of a joint supplement, my boxer mix was still very stiff and lame after long runs. I added the vitamin c daily, and she isn't showing any stiffness, plus she is overall more active. She weighs 50#, so her dose should be 2 pills daily. I have been giving her 1 daily and 2 on the days we do a long run (3-5 hours). She won't eat them plain, so I dip the pill in peanut butter and it goes right down. Would highly recommend if you dog is having hip problems.

A chewable tablet is still a tablet.
I had hopes these tablets would be more chewable. I have to cover it with peanut butter to get the dog to eat it. I don’t think it’s the flavor but rather that the dog treats it like a pill and won’t swallow it unless it’s wrapped in something he will eat.

The pill has to be hidden in food.

Poor value. 20 servings for two dogs!
I bout this 4 times, so I really did try to like this. If you have two dogs of only 51 lbs.. that is 6 pills a day for both dogs. Thus It only last 20 days, with two dogs!!! Only good value if you have tiny 12 lb dog! Many household have more than one pet. I can't pay $40 for only 20 serving per dog!! for both dogs, thats is one dollar a serving! I have a chewable vitamin c for adults without xylitol . They like it. So dogs can have human grade food. My dogs like seedless oranges too. Think about yourself. Would you take a vitamin c if it was one dollar a serving? Nope you would feel robbed. This should be 240 pills, not 120 for that price. The bottle arrives 2/3rd empty.. It's a terrible value. .there is room for triple the pills in this bottle.
