Dislike was only having to deal with an incomplete order.Like was the customer service is great as they completely filled the order after contacting them.Filters are good quality and work fine.

Time taken to receive item is at par with all others. Good filter at a good value. Delivery/Carrier had “misplaced” one out of three boxes. When box was received a week later box was somewhat smashed. The filters inside were smashed also. Still useable but disappointing. Not sellers fault, but is the fault of UPS carrier.

Decent filters of the size I require are not readily available at the big box hardware so I buy them by the case from Amazon. I liked them fine last time and bought a larger package this time so I should be good on filters for a couple years.

It's a huge bargain when you can go to home depot and 14-22 buck for same product
