What is the best way to chop onions and peppers? Mine turn to mush. If I process for less time, there are huge chucks and mush. I see no way to get peppers as in the picture.....help : )

I think that if the processor is full, you will get more in tack chunks. When it's fairly empty and you try to chop, that's when they turn to mush. Do u have to hold down the button to use or can u turn it on and walk away while it chops?

You have to hold the lid in place to turn it on. You can't walk away.

Hey! Does anyone know how this food chopper performs in terms of dicing 4 - 5 cloves at one time? Does it end up all mashed up, or is it too coarse?

This little chopper chops onions for hot dogs, little pickles for relish, garlic that I put into the jars as chooped garlic, and I filled the tub. It's all about how you process it. If you constantly hold the button down and not let up here and there, you will puree anything. A little zing puts the chunk into the chopper.

Can you chopped boiled chicken with it?

It shreds it, doesn't chop it. But I had two of these choppers that shorted out, one in less than 30 days, the other in about 5 weeks. I have the replacement for the first one now that is still working. So we shall see.
