Store bought is better
Has no flavor, hard should be softer flakes cause I use on everything. And the dried peppers are not spicy enough. Like their old products. Idk disappointed

Not chili pequin
These chilis are NOT chili Pequin. Chili Paquin are also called birdseye peppers.

Not very hot, like a De Arbol pepper
I can't quite figure out why all these dried Pequin peppers are not hot at all. Maybe the process used affects the hotness of the pepper. Don't know. I do know that this Loma Vista is NOT a hot pepper. It is like a De Arbol hot.

peppers
these were hotter than I thought. I tried one the first time and it wasn't that hot. Then next time I used what the direction called for and it hot. Well not overly hot but hotter then I like. I thought the taste was good and others thought they were very good. I wish I would have purchased a smaller bag sine this one will last forever.
