product failed first use
Purchased this product because of the brand. My first flight abroad the handle won't open (so that it become a strolley). It got jammed, So from the aircraft all the way to Uber I had to lugg the suitcase in hand. totally disappointing.I have used other brands but no other brand has been so bad!! imagine you are trying to get off the plane and the damn stroller handle gets jammed in. The suitcase was not used before and I had kept it safely in the overhead compartment so no chance of anyone else damaging it.its just a product defect. And now in another country I cannot even return the product. Disappointing!!!

Though Lifetime Warranty but extremely poor After Sales Service
Though Lifetime Warranty but extremely poor After Sales Service :Itβs a frustrating experience when the EXTENDABLE PULL HANDLE of this otherwise premium bag GOT STUCK during my journey and there was no immediate help available around even not a CUSTOMER CARE number to seek help from . I still not been able to find any service centre number in New Delhi .

The strolley mechanism stopped functioning in the first trip
Received the bag and took it as a cabin baggage on the flight from Mumbai to Chennai .. on landing, the strolley mechanism just wouldn't open and had to lug the baggage all through the trip. Am now realising that other customers have also been through the same problem. The bag looks nice but with the mechanism not functioning it is of no use.

Broken trolley
Broken trolley from day oneNot worth taking risks with these fancy sounding brands. Better to go with tried and tested samsonites of the world
