Not compatible with new apps won't even open up Google Play Store
What a waste of time and money this thing will not play YouTube it will not open up the Google Play Store this unit is not compatible with all the new apps save your money save your time

These tablets are amazing and I keep buying them for people as gifts. I have bought 4 for me and my 3 daughters, 1 for my sister, and when my 2 little girls broke theirs (because they're too rough on them, dropping them, etc) I bought the same tablets as replacements because they are just really that great. I highly recommend these!!I have never been disappointed by their performance. The only thing that disappoints me is that tthey're not Otg compatible, but not even a big deal, since I can just backup to sd card.

Careful with setup to get it going.
The software was unfamiliar to start and the 'share' icon already turned on from fumbling the get started phrase. What?? Anyway, it uploaded my phone contacts list but I didn't need it on the tablet. Deleted it.Mistake. Deleted the file on the phone due to sharing. I will return it and choose some other Xmas gift.Chrome got inoperable and couldn't download even a solitaire game or reload chrome.

The tablet is good overall as it is for my 6 yr old son. However, I would have liked that it come with the fast charge adapter instead it came with a generic one and the tablet takes a along time to charge.

Does not look "Like New". Shame on Amazon for saying it "Looks like New"
The metal trim/bevel on my tablet looked like someone threw it down an asphalt hill for kicks. Banged up and dings all around. This product is not renewed!. More like repackaged after abuse. End of story. Not.Purchased this tablet after getting my wife one 5 years ago. Hers still works great. No app compatibility issues.Amazon shopping, Ebay, Netflix, and Hulu apps not compatible with my tablet.My wife has an identical tablet and has no App compatibility issues at all. Just an over all bad shopping experience.

This works much better than the e-reader
Bought this for my daughter as a replacement to the older Nook that she has for several years. This works much better than the e-reader. She is able to watch Netflix also. Actually, she was able to write a short English assignment and submit it when we were out of town. Worked out pretty well!
