Taking sesame seed lignans with tocotrienols helps lower my VEGF/platelet ratio. A lower VEGF/platelet ratio makes the body less receptive to cancer cells. Blood tests confirm that my VEGF/platelet ratio is indeed lower when I add these lignans to my daily supplementation. (I take 2 at breakfast and 2 at dinner.) To research the issue, check out online abstracts from the National Institute of Health. (I do not have cancer and use this supplementation for a precancerous condition, so I can only document how it affects my blood levels, not a particular health outcome.)

I take a lot of supplements and pride myself on discriminating the best/most important health products and this supplement is one of the best things you can take for overall health. Great supplement! It reduces my gray hair after about 2 months used! If you have aches and pains from arthritis then you should use the black sesame seed extra will likely to reduce your aches and pains to less bothering-some level.
