They sent screws that won't work, at all.
Was not impressed with this sissy bar, at all. However I do like how it looks, now that it's finally on my 2017 Harley-Davidson. I had to do some minor pre drilling and I didn't use any of the bolts that came with it. I got my own stainless steel bolts, nuts and washers. Also, the screws they sent to attach the back pad to the bar were way to short and zinc. I had to take the padding out of the fake leather sleeve and pre drill holes to mount and sex-bolt back together. Took me about an hour to install, just kind of a let down. I had imagined this being a much better product than it is. Pay the extra money for a better product or be prepared to do some on the fly DIY to this sissy bar to make it worthwhile.

Incomplete, but it looks good for the price.
It does not come with mounting screws, the seat rest screws don’t fit, you will need longer ones, there were no instructions on how to install, nor the parts labeled to which side they should go and of course I had to do everything twice.Overall, its a cheap sissy bar, its incomplete, and not so easy to install.

Totally Wrong sissy bar design according to the pic.
Hey guys great package protection from damage! You sent the wrong design. The one I have has one crossbar, screws don’t fit in at all and the holding brackets are solid metal not grid design as seen in the pic. Very disappointed guys😐Looks nothing like I ordered!

The media could not be loaded. The backrest got a 2” tear amd is missing screws.
