When I started to upgrade our landscape I set a goal of using either steel or stone for outdoor structure. Initially when I was looking for supports for our Peonies and other such long stemmed plants all I found was cheap looking wire, or clunky looking plastic supports. Then I found Gardener's Supply's metal supports! Their supports come in two heights both using 1/4" steel rods with a pleasant arch on top. I look forward to decades of viewing not only beautiful plants but also beautiful plant supports.

I am hooked! I have used many products to hold up my "black-eyed susans" and other types of heavy long stemmed flowers but these are great. They truly blend into the scenery, much nicer then the green products. Placing them in the ground when the plant is already falling all over the place is a bit of a challenge because I had to hold the plant up while pushing the supports into the ground and since I have rocks in my soil I had to adjust the placement multiple time. I look forward to placing them in the ground earlier next season. I will be ordering the smallest support. A new staple in my flower garden

I have just started using these supports this summer and have already bought 4 sets! They are sturdy and really supportthe plant without folding over....even some of my heavier grasses. Excellent product!

This item came in three pieces. Each of the legs had rubber caps on each end, probably for shipping damage prevention. One end screws into each side of the rounded section very securely. It came with a printed note about "weathering," which translates to rusting. Did not want a rusted support. Don't think it's attractive or healthy for the baptisia it supports. Didn't have clear lacquer on hand and wouldn't feel like coating a pricey purchase straight out of the box, anyway. Two of this size surround my thriving plant successfully, but I probably could have used three.

These supports worked perfectly. Just what I needed. I did think the finish was a bit rough but I realized it was probably so the would not show in the garden.

These plant supports are easy to assemble and attractive.
