Updated review:Though the 120mm provided a lot more speed, we noticed the stitches were not consistent so we replaced it with the 95mm pulley and that works better overall. It's faster than the 75mm and we get consistent performance from the Juki. Sometimes you need to find out through trial and error. Good thing is that these are not expensive. The 95mm shipped was used, but nothing that detracts from working properly and not worth deducting a star.Original review:Install was straightforward. Replaced a 75mm pulley with this 120mm pulley. Works exactly like expected. It's a whole lot faster. Maybe too fast for most, but the Juki DDL-8700 is built for speed. Outstanding!

I'm new to industrial sewing machines so when I bought mine I already knew I needed a servo motor to slow things down. I researched online a bit before making my purchase of a 750W Consew servo motor. Several sewing forums suggested, that to really slow things down, I won't be happy until I also purchase a speed reducer at around $130, (like I'm rolling in the dough after an industrial sewing machine, and a servo motor purchase). I came across a couple of you tube videos that suggested a 45 mm pulley to replace the 75 mm pulley that comes on the servo motor. I opted for this $8 pulley. I've never done a pulley replacement before, but a you tube video and an allen wrench made it do able. Took me less than 5 minutes. I can get my machine to a stitch at a time now. Everything fit perfect, even tho I wasn't even sure what size the spindle on the servo motor was.I am very happy with this purchase.

Pulley wood not fit the shaft ! Upon measuring I found that the bore was tapered and the key way was only cut a third of its needed depth! If you don’t have a machine shop u can’t use this junk!

Does the job and gives my machine that extra bit of slowness and control I was looking for. It was kinda banged up when I got it but it doesn’t affect the function. Shipped faster than they originally stated as well. Just needed to buy a shorter belt, 2” shorter than the one I used with the pulley that came with my machine (75mm)

Changed motor from clutch to servo. Small pulley slows down machine improves performance and makes sewing thick leather easier and neater. Right move for this beginner

I order of 45mm pulley but actual came 40mm pulley .write on pulley is 45 mm but I checked by measure tap and found only 40mm

Great product if it had more qualified professionals making them.I had to use a file to finish the keyway slot, must of had a wornout keyway cutter. Spent half hour filing as to Not making it Too wide.Come On people do the work correctly.
