The media could not be loaded. Quality wise it's great & style-wise as well, but don't expect to have the ease of installation like the more expensive brands, expect to have to buy additional longer nipples don't know how they expect you to be able to install it with such short ones, but overall built quality is great I've been using it for a couple of months now and it is working great, one more con of this one vs the more expensive brands out there is that you can only use one function at a time, but not for example the jets together with the rain head, vs for example delta makes a 6 function mixing valve where you can 2 items together [ so for that you will pay the premium of 5 times the amount you pay for this one]

We wanted a new look for our master shower remodel. These modern matte gold shower heads and jets were the finishing touch that we needed. We purchased two sets and our contractor realized that the 12 inch ceiling mounts would not work. I emailed the seller and asked if they sold the 4 inch mount. The seller responded to our request within minutes and said they would send these to us at no additional cost. Our remodel is finally complete!!

1. It looks fantastic. High quality finish.2. A few folks said it was difficult to understant how to install - I have no idea why they feel this way. Simple as anything3. The 1/2" NPT threaded inlets were the only challenge. Either their were bored too large or they aren't tapered like NPT should be. This required 4 retries during pressure testing to get a good seal. I have to wrap an ungodly amount of teflon (like 12 wraps) on the cold water inlet to get it to seal. I first tried with paste teflon thread sealant, but that was unsuccessful. 3 tries with teflon tape and I finally got it to seal (I started w/ 7 leaks across 2 mixing valves, got it down to 3, then 1, then 0). So this was my only complaint. That said - I would buy this again. Excellent value and style for the price.

This was such a great buy for our new bathroom. The nipple extensions were not long enough so we ended up having to buy 3 inch extenders. Other than that issue i love it!!!

Beautiful and easy to install. Nice quality. Powerful jet. A lot of water stains so I have to clean it frequently but some polish helps a lot to maintain.

Unfortunately I was unable to use the wall jets due to the positioning of my remodel so I only used the showerhead and wand. I absolutely LOVE the waterfall showerhead, its a dream for my shower.UPDATE - its only been installed for three months and the black is already starting to rust.FINAL REVIEW - Showerhead completely stopped working all together. Even after removing it and cleaning the shower head per the instructions, water is still not coming out of the shower head. After spending over $300 this is very disappointing. I would love to replace it but I dont want to pay full price for a kit when its just the shower head thats not working.

Initially when I bought it I gave it 5 star rating, it looked great worked nice, but after a year I noticed that water flow is low, all of a sudden the shower head starts dripping long after taking shower. Took shower yesterday and noticed that it was dripping this .morning, I had to shake the shower head so all the water inside should come out and finally it stopped. Also the black finish peeled in one area, I never used any chemicals, only damp rag to wipe off. Poor quality I bought it based on the ratings.
