I’m bought it for a gift and was very pleased at the quality, so I bought one for myself as well!

Heavy duty is what I mean. The only caveat is after 6 months of cleaning up divots you may have to tighten the hex screw that holds the blade in place. It comes loose after a while. I still love it though. Very no-nonsense.

I got this divot tool for myself and really like the quality and weight of the tool. I have one small suggestion for Indiana Metals; it would be great to have an option of tip down or tip up similar to a pocket knife. I find that the release button is on the wrong side of how my thumb naturally lands when pulling it out of my pocket. The simplest way would just to add another set of threaded holes so the user could flip the clip direction. I find myself spinning it around in my hand to catch the right side where the release button is. Overall, I would highly recommend this product.

This is a great repair tool except the screws come loose and the blocking pin bends out of it's intended hole. I emailed the company just to find out if they could tell me what size star wrenches I needed to tighten it. They didn't respond until just recently on my second attempt. They said they're sorry I'm having problems and they're sending me a new one. They said that there have been very few complaints and mine might be an exception.I think this is a great design and I've used it a lot. If you buy a Torx wrench for the right size you can keep the screws tight-- not sure if they use Locktite on the screws or not but that would help. I bought a Torx tool with sizes T6-T10 and they fit.

This thing feels quality. It is heavy for its size but I’m used to carrying a pocket knife anyways so it doesn’t bother me. The spring is strong so the forks fling out pretty hard. It surprised me at first so just be prepared for the “fling”. There is no wobble at all in the hinge either. It is very sturdy. The ball marker is kind of a second thought to me as I already have a “lucky” ball marker, but I am going to try to remember this has one and start using it because it really is more convenient.

It is a cool looking and personal tool

Well made, solid but switchblade release button too sensitive and will pop open in pocket, jabbing you in leg with repair tines often, what a poor design for such a well built robust tool. Nice custom marker and spare, built to last but mine will rust way in bag due to this fatal flaw. I’m talking light touch when clipped in pocket and has strong spring. Wish they could fix hairtrigger!

Bought one last summer. Goes through the grass like a hot knife thru butter. Bought one as a gift.
