Rack mountable. Lots of outlets. Perfect!
I have purchased 3 of these PDU's over as many years. They're reliable and provide lots of power outlets. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about the product itself. But the product listing information can be confusing/conflicting, so here are a few clarifications: There are a total of 14 outlets, 2 on the front and 12 on the back (not 10). The digital amperage display on the front of the unit shows the combined amount of power currently being drawn by all components plugged into any of the outlets. The display numbers are GREEN (not red), showing THREE digits (not TWO) with one whole/integral number followed by two decimal digits.

Solid quality, ammeter displays fractional (decimal) amps
Quality plugs, fits in a normal 1U rack with decent cable management options. Wasn’t sure but was pleasantly surprised when the ammeter included shows decimal values at lower powers. Very useful.

Perfect for the last two years.
I bought one of these a little over 2 years ago for my home network/server rack, and have absolutely no complaints. Cable management on the back, long heavy power cord, and the two front outlets are convenient too. I plan to buy at least one more of these since the one I have now is full. UPDATE 7 May 2015: Just installed my second one, and I now have exactly one complaint. The second PDU is installed in the rack immediately below the first. Both have the cable management bar attached to the back. The space between the two cable management bars is a tiny bit too tight to be able to easily plug in grounded (3 prong) devices. You can pull/push the bars apart enough to squeeze the plug through, though. A very minor problem, but a problem nonetheless, hence my reducing my review from 5 stars to 4.

Excellent Power Distribution Unit
Hefty and heavy and works great. It's not really fancy but does have a display to show total amp draw which is nice. Used for power distribution in a 6 unit data cage. Keeps the power cords in one place and comes with a bar so they can be tied out of the way. The unit takes one space but if you have a lot of power cords to plug into it and may need another half-unit in height just for all the cords, especially if they are long. Good purchase.

Works quite well especially for the price.
Works flawlessly. I don’t have a hum like others have gotten. Comes with all hardware needed to mount in a rack. The power wire is nice and long and allows me to have it in the rack and still make it to the power plug. The meter works quite well and shows how much amperage is being used.

Great PDU
I love all CyberPower products. I've been using them for years without any issues. This is a good PDU that can also be Wall Mounted by turning the mounting ears 90 degrees.

A great and reliable product
I must have at least 50 of these by now…been buying this model since it first came out a long time ago. Never had one fail. I have them in at least a dozen racks. Most with multiple sets of two (for A and B UPS/AVR sources).

It Electrocuted me
The outlets are very tightly spaced, and as a consequence, I was electrocuted while trying to unplug a stubborn cable. It's a good product, but a nice zap like that wins a one-star rating.

Had a few switches burnt with power surge, after installing this, almost a year later all good.

Lots of inputs, works well. It is quite shallow so if you are constantly plugging things in and out you may want a deeper one to reach the back of your rack easier. There are 2 plugs in the front that can be used if you dont mind cords draped in the front

Works as expected, but note that they seem to have changed the output LCD from red to green at some point, which doesn't match the picture on Amazon or the manufacturer's website. Could be annoying if trying to coordinate with existing units.
